Building Financial Access for Immigrants

Transitioner was created to make it easier for newcomers to the U.S. to start their credit journey.

Why We Built Transitioner

Transitioner was born out of the founders’ own struggles with building credit in the U.S. When one of our founders arrived with dreams and no credit history, it took over a year to get approved for a basic credit card. This experience sparked the idea for a solution that would make it easier for immigrants to begin building credit from day one.

Our goal is simple: we want to make it easier for newcomers to get the financial services they need to succeed in their new country. We know what it’s like to face rejection because of a lack of U.S. credit history—we built Transitioner to ensure that no one has to wait months or face unnecessary barriers.

Our Mission

At Transitioner, we believe everyone deserves equal access to financial opportunities. Our mission is to help immigrants navigate their credit journey in the U.S., without the traditional barriers of a U.S. credit history or SSN. We’re here to make sure you don’t have to wait months or face rejection to start building credit.

Our Vision

Build a world where place of origin does not impede access to global financial systems.
